国内远程开放教育学习者特征研究的五年综述--以2010-2014年核心期刊文献为例

摘　　要：远程开放教育是当下中国实现高等教育公平的中流砥柱,随着开放教育质量保证工作的深入开展,学习者特征研究的重要性引起了广泛关注。本研究根据近五年远程开放教育核心期刊的文献检索出132个(篇)样本。数量统计分析发现:该领域的研究数量呈上升趋势,但总体质与量仍然差强人意;远程开放教育试点高校及非试点高校均参与了该项研究,试点高校内67所试点项目普通高校与国家开放大学及其体系处于均势,国家开放大学保持一定的系统优势。研究维度内容分析发现:理论框架亟待演进;学习动机、学习策略等研究维度的实证研究还为数不多;学习障碍的研究以辍学研究为代表开展得较为深入;慕课和数据挖掘是学习者特征研究领域中新的研究维度。本研究根据数量和维度分析,对学习者特征研究提出了相关建议。Open and distance education(ODE) is one of the key pillars of education equality in China. With the development of ODE quality assurance, a widespread attention has been drawn to the importance of learner characteristics. 132 research studies were indexed in key Chinese journals within the field of ODE from 2010 to 2014. The result of data analysis shows that there is a general lack of quality and quantity,though with a growing trend of research studies, in the field and that both ODE pilot universities and non-pilot universities conducted studies in the field, with the 67 pilot universities and The Open University of China(OUC) system at a similar level, but the OUC system with a systematic advantage.Dimensional analysis of the research studies show that theoretical frameworks need to be updated urgently, that there is a lack of empirical studies in learner motivation and learning strategies, that research in learning obstacles focuses mainly on learner dropout, and that MOOCs and data mining are recent development in research dimension in learner characteristics. Suggestions were put forward in terms of research in learner characteristics based on quantity and dimensional analysis.
