摘　　要：通过分析人力资源管理工作在金融机构实际操作环节存在的问题,提供了建立金融机构正确的人力资源观念、创新金融机构人力资源培训工作、完善金融机构的薪酬系统和完善金融机构的人才竞争机制等建议和策略,对金融机构创新型发展和人力资源管理科学化进行了现实性的研讨。By analyzing the problems of human resource management in financial institutions, This paper providedsuggestions and countermeasures to establish correct concept of human resources, innovate human resource training,improve remuneration system and enhance talent competition mechanism of financial institutions, and made discussion oninnovative development and scientific human resource management of financial institutions.
