创新高校心理健康课程实施模式的探索与效果——基于发展性咨询的视角

摘　　要：本文为考查依据发展性咨询理念设计的心理健康课程实施模式是否比传统心理健康课程实施模式有更好的教学效果、更受学生喜欢,对实验组班级和对照组班级分别实施新设计的心理健康课程和传统的心理健康课程。课程结束后,对学生进行教学效果问卷调查。结果表明依据发展性咨询理念设计的心理健康课程实施模式在课程内容、教学方法、教学效果和实际应用价值方面均受到了学生好评,是一种有效的课程实施模式,对心理健康课程改革有一定的参考价值。In order to investigate the teaching effect of college mental health curriculum in developmental consultation perspective, we used class-experimental method for comparative study. New mental health curriculum model and traditional duck-stuffing mental health curriculum model were applied in experimental group classes and control group classes, respectively. We collected and analyzed the data of students＇ evaluation at the end of the course. The results suggested that the college mental health curriculum in developmental consultation perspective is an effective curriculum implementation model, which is more effective than traditional mental health curriculum in course content, teaching methods, teaching effectiveness and practical application.
