摘  要:教师导师制是美国研究型大学护理教师专业发展的有效途径之一。本文以宾夕法尼亚大学护理教师导师制为例,分析项目具体的运作过程,导师制项目包括个体导师制项目和团体指导项目。提出了从建立教师导师指导团队,导师的遴选、培养和支持,角色定位和要求以及实践多元化评价5个方面来探索教师导师制在我国护理教师专业发展的实践。Faculty mentorship program is recognized as the most significant way to promote professional development of nursing faculty in US. The purpose of this article was to describe the faculty mentorship program in school of nursing in University of Pennsylvania. The program is designed to provide mentorship for members of the faculty at all levels of academic career. This pa- per analyzed the running of faculty mentorship program, which included individualized mentroing and group mentoring. The au- thors proposed some suggestions as how to build nursing faculty mentorship in China. Strategies included establishing a collabora- tive mentorship team, proper selection, training of and support for mentors, setting clear roles and responsibilities, and diversified evaluation.
