摘  要:目的对川渝地区"双师型"护理教师职业倦怠现状进行调研,为护理教师队伍的建设提供依据。方法选取重庆市、成都市、南充市10所三级甲等医院的"双师型"护理教师330名,采用工作疲溃感量表进行调查。结果川渝地区"双师型"护理教师存在不同程度的职业倦怠,其中情绪枯竭、去人格化得分高于常模(P<0.05),婚姻状况、兼任职务、周课时量是情绪枯竭的影响因素;年龄、科室、工作年限是去人格化的影响因素,学历、职称、个人月收入是低成就感的影响因素。结论川渝地区"双师型"护理教师职业倦怠较为普遍,护理管理者应制订相应的干预措施,以防控其职业倦怠的发生。Objective To investigate the present situation of burnout among nursing teachers with double qualifications in Sichuan and Chongqing District, so as to provide a basis for the construction of the nursing teacher team. Methods Totally,330 nursing teachers with double qualifications were recruited from ten of the third class A hospitals in Chongqing, Chengdu, Nanchong and were investigated with Maalach Burnout Inventory. Results Different levels of burnout existed among nursing teachers with double qualifications in Sichuan - Chongqing region. Two dimensions of emotional exhaustion (EE) and depersen alization of the samples exceeded the norm (P 〈 0.05 ). Marriage, concurrently job, and excessive weekly working hours were the influential factors of EE. Age, department and work -year were the influential factors of depersonalization. Education background,professional title and monthly income were the influential factors of de- personalization. Conclusion The situation of nurse vocational burnout is serious among nursing teachers with double qualifications in Sichuan - Chongqing re- gion, nursing managers should formulate corresponding intervention measures to control the present situation of burnout.
