摘　　要：英国教育部公布了最新"教师职业发展标准"以及"应用指南","标准"和"指南"从学校领导者、教师以及教师专业发展的提供者三个维度明确了外在条件的支持与保障,另一方面也强调了教师队伍的自身建设在专业发展中的作用,新"标准"对学校领导、教师和教育机构推进教师职业发展具有实践指导意义。British Ministry of Education has issued the newest＂Teachers＇ Professional Development Standard＂and ＂Application Guide＂,which confirm outside support and guarantee from the angles of school managers,teachers,and providers of teachers＇ professional development,and which also emphasize the role of teaching staff＇s self-construction in their professional development.The new ＂Standard＂has directing significance in the practice of promoting teachers＇ professional development by school managers,teachers and educational institutions.
