摘　　要：阐述了国内城市轨道车辆工作岗位实践性特点,分析了南京工程学院城市轨道车辆人才培养过程中实践教学体系的不足;提出加强校企合作,合理安排城市轨道车辆专业人才培养实践教学体系,培养符合企业实际要求的本科层次城市轨道车辆高级工程技术人才。Elaborating the practical trait of domestic urban rail vehicle jobs, analyzing the shortage of urban rail transit vehicle specialty personnel training practice teaching system in Nanjing Institute of Technology, the reasonable arrangement of urban rail transit vehicle specialty personnel training practice teaching system by enhancing college-enterprise cooperation are put forward, to cultivate the undergraduate level advanced urban rail transit vehicle engineering and technical personnel who can meet the actual requirements of the enterprise.
