摘  要:为了适应MOOC背景下教育教学改革新趋势及强军目标的要求,笔者研究探讨了在MOOC背景下军校教员如何提升教学能力,以培养出适应新时代需要的高质量优秀军事人才,笔者倡导"学为主体,教为主导",从教员教学观念的转变、知识储备的提高、学生评价和考核办法的探索3个方面,阐述了具体的思路和方法,提出了采取切实可行的推广激励措施提高MOOC平台的利用率、加强信息技术和现代教学手段的应用能力培训、加大对教员基于MOOC教学资源建设成果的奖励力度等建议,以提升MOOC背景下教员教学能力。In order to adapt to the new trend of teaching reform and the requirements of strengthening the military in the background of MOOC, the topic of "how to improve teaching ability of military instructors to train high quality military talents" is discussed in this paper. It advocates the education of learning as the main body, teaching as the leading, puts forward specific ideas and methods from changing the teaching ideas, improving the knowledge reserves and exploring students' evaluation and assessment methods. Finally, it proposes several suggestions to improve teaching ability of military instructors under the background of MOOC such as improving the utilization of MOOC, strengthening the application ability training of information technology and modern teaching means, giving more awards for teaching resource construction of MOOC.
