摘  要:目前我国学前教师教育专业存在学校教育与幼儿园的教学、幼教科研单位的研究之间缺乏有效的沟通和合作,缺乏产学研合作办学的整体思考和合理安排等问题。有必要在学前教师教育建立"产学研协同创新机制"的办学模式,加强以产学研为特色的校内实训教学,探索以项目研发为导向的合作培养模式,采用"课堂教学+教育见习+课题教学+预备实习+顶岗实习"的实施途径,发挥高校学前教师教育服务社会的功能。One of The biggest problems in China' s preschool teacher education at present is lacking effective communication and cooperation between the teaching of school education and kindergarten, preschool education scientific research units. No the overall thinking and reasonable arrangement of the Mode of running a school by Industry-University-Research Cooperation Model. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a "cooperative innovation mechanism" in preschool education. Strengthen to research for the characteristics of practical teaching in school, to explore the cooperation training mode based on project research and development, use "the classroom teaching - educational probation - subject teaching - preparatory practice - practice " as a channel, give full play to the function of the service society.
