基于CDIO的新型临床药学人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：临床药学是药学和现代医学结合、多学科交叉、实践性很强的一门新兴综合学科。文章首先分析了新的时代背景下,临床药学人才培养的需求与趋势。同时,通过借鉴CDIO的核心理念"实践导向"与"全过程性",对新型临床药学人才培养模式进行了思考与探索。文章认为基于CDIO的新型临床药学人才培养模式应以实践与研究穿插贯穿培养全过程为主线,课程模块化设置为辅线,并通过多样化的教学与管理方法、多元化的师资队伍建设等方面进行支撑,从而实现对新型临床药学人才培养模式的优化设计。Clinical pharmacy is a new comprehensive discipline which features the combination of pharmacy and modern medicine, interdisciplinarity and strong practicality. The paper firstly analyzes the new needs and tendency of cultivating clinical pharmacy talents under the new background of times. At the same time, it probes into the new model of cultivating clinical pharmacy talents based on the core con- cept of CDIO ＂practice-orientation＂ and ＂the whole process＂. The paper suggests that the new clinical pharmacy cultivating model based on CDIO should combine practice with research throughout the en- tire process, and be assisted by curriculum modularization and be supported by diversified teaching and administration methods, and the construction of teaching staff team. In this way the new model of cultivating clinical pharmacy talents can be optimized.
