摘　　要：高职教育是培养高端技术技能人才的主战场。高端技术技能人才除掌握相应的技术技能外,还必须要有一定的文化知识积淀,诚信的人格品质,积极的职业态度和正确的做事方法。建立良好的师生关系、用适当的教学方法、实施有效教学等教学策略来夯实学生的文化基础。Higher vocational education is the key battleground to develop high-end technology skill talented persons. High-end technology skills talents in addition to master relevant technical skills, also must to have a certain cultural knowledge accumulation, sincere personality quality, positive professional attitude and way of doing things right. To es- tablish a good relationship between teachers and students, with the proper teaching methods, implementation the effective teaching such as teaching strategies to strengthen the students＇ cultural foundation.
