摘 要:目的分析心血管内科护理带教中运用隐性护理知识的作用。方法随机将在心血管内科中实习的96名护生分为2组,实验组48名,护理带教中运用隐性护理知识,对照组48名,实施常规护理带教,观察带教结束后两组护生的理论知识及护理技能考核成绩,并调查患者对护生护理服务的满意度。结果实验组护士理论知识考核成绩、护理技能考核成绩、患者对护生护理服务满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管内科护理带教中运用隐性护理知识后,可提升带教效果,促使护生良好的掌握护理知识,提升自身的护理技能。Objective To analyze the function of the application of recessive nursing knowledge in the nursing teaching in the department of cardiovascular medicine. Methods 96 cases of practice student nurses in the department of cardiovascular medicine were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the recessive nurs-ing knowledge in the nursing teaching, the control group adopted the routine nursing teaching, and the theoretical knowl-edge and nursing skill examination scores at the end of the teaching of the two groups were observed and the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing service of student nurses was surveyed. Results The theoretical examination score, nursing skill examination score and satisfactory degree of patients to nursing service of student nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The ap-plication of recessive nursing knowledge in the nursing teaching in the department of cardiovascular medicine can improve the teaching effect, promote the student nurses better to master the nursing knowledge and improve their own nursing skills.
