摘  要:随着国家创新驱动发展战略的实施与推进,培养高水平创新农林人才已成为各农林行业高校的历史使命。在创新人才培养机制改革方面,农林高校应该力求发挥优势、彰显特色、深化改革和强化建设,立足学生全面发展,从评价考核、专业选择、课程建设、新生教育和创新创业能力等几个方面入手,进行创新人才培养机制改革的建构与改进,顺应时代和高等教育的发展趋势,不断创新人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量。With the implementation and promotion of national innovation driven development strategy,cultivating high level innovation of agricultural and forestry personnel has become the historical mission of the university of agriculture and forestry industry. In terms of creative talents training mechanism reform,university of agriculture and forestry should strive to play to our strengths,highlight the characteristics,deepen reform and strengthen the construction. Based on students' all-round development,from the choice of evaluation,professional,curriculum construction,new education and innovation ability,innovative personnel training mechanism reform,the construction and improvement,and conform to the trend of development of era and higher education,we innovative talents training mode,improve the quality of personnel training.
