摘　　要：目的调查养老机构护理员岗位胜任力现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,运用自行设计的养老护理员岗位胜任力调查问卷,对宁波市5家养老机构的82名养老护理员进行问卷调查。结果养老护理员岗位胜任力得分为(118.15±16.00)分。职称(B=2.817)和工作年限(B=3.510)是影响养老护理员岗位胜任力的主要因素(R2=0.697)。结论养老机构护理员岗位胜任力处于及格水平。管理者应根据养老护理员的职称、工作年限等制定不同的培养方案,以提高养老护理员的整体岗位胜任力。Objective To investigate the competency of nursing aides in nursing home and analyze its influence factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 82 nursing aides in nursing homes in Ningbo. Results The total score of competency was 118.15 ±16.00. The main influencing factors of competency included professional title（ B=2.817） and service length（B=3.510）. Conclusion The competency of nursing aides in nursing homes is poor. Different cultivation plan based on professional title and service length should be developed to improve the total competence of the nursing aides.
