摘 要:大学语文是一门主要以培养高素质人才的学科,大学语文教师对大学语文教育的质量起到举足轻重的作用。当前高校的大学语文教育面临着边缘化和不被重视的尴尬境地,这与大学语文教师的专业素养有着密不可分的关系,因此迫切需要提高和加强大学语文教师的专业素养。网络环境下社会性软件的出现和不断发展,为大学语文教师专业发展提供了一条新的模式和途径。文章对社会性软件进行简单的介绍,探讨了大学语文教师专业发展的构成要素,进而分析了社会性软件对大学语文教师专业发展的支持作用,并提出了三种利用社会性软件促进大学语文教师专业发展的模式:教师自主发展模式、教师网络共同体发展模式和基于电子档案袋的发展模式,以期为大学语文教师的专业发展提供新的契机。College Chinese is a mainly cultivate high -quality talent discipline, and college Chinese teachers play a decisive role of college Chinese education. University of college Chinese education is currently faced with the dilemma of marginalized and ignored, there is the relationship with college Chinese teachers" professional quality, so we urgently need to improve and strengthen the college Chinese teachers'professionalism. Under the network environment, social software began to appear and get continuous development, and provides a new model and way for college Chinese teachers" professional development. This article carry on the simple introduction of social software, discusses the constituent elements of college Chinese teachers'professional development, and then analyzes the social software support for college Chinese teachers'professional development, in the end, the article puts forward three kinds of model to pro- mote the of college Chinese teachers" professional development base on social software: the first, teachers independent development model, second, network community development model and the last, based on the Electronic Portfolio development model, so as to provide a new opportunity for college Chinese teachers" professional development.
