摘 要:本文从一名青年教师的视角,结合讲授工科非电类本科生的一门基础课程——"电工学"及参加相关的教学竞赛的实践经历中,从为师之道、教学理念、教学设计、教学内容、教学方法、教学过程、学生培养、教学效果与提高方向等诸方面提出了关于如何上好本门课程的个人见解。本文对青年教师提高"电工学"的教学能力有一定的借鉴意义。As a young teacher in engineering university, the author has practiced of teaching the course of Electrotechnics and participated in related teaching contest of nationwide young teachers in colleges and universities. Based on these, several aspects of a successful course for the author herself are presented such as teacher road and teaching idea, teaching theories, teaching design, content of courses, teaching method, teaching process, training of students, teaching effect and improvement direction, which can be used for reference by other young teachers to improve their teaching ability.
