职业院校教师职业能力培养的探究

摘　　要：俗语道"师资兴则校兴"。没有一流的师资,就没有一流的职业教育。职业院校教师职业能力的培养既是师资队伍建设的重要内容,也是增加办学活力的需要,又直接关系到职业教育质量的提高。文章对职业能力和教师职业能力的内涵做了界定,结合职业教育的特殊性,着重分析了通过企业合作、课程开发、教学实施等三个方面来培养职业院校教师的职业能力。As the saying goes, teachers are the core of a school. There is no first-class vocational education if there are no first-class teachers. The training of the professional ability of vocational college teachers is not only the important content of the construction of teachers, but also the need to increase the vitality of the school. What＇s more, it is directly related to the quality of vocational education. This paper first makes an analysis of the connotation of professional ability and professional competence of teachers. Then in accordance with the particularity of vocational education, it focuses on the development of the professional ability of vocational college teachers through three aspects： enterprise cooperation, curriculum development and teaching practice.
