摘　　要：毕业论文是地方高校最为重要的综合性实践教学环节,毕业论文质量直接影响毕业生的培养质量,关乎学校利益及用人单位的满意度。在地方高校转型发展的背景下,通过端正态度,增强毕业论文的质量观念、加强校企合作,壮大及充实毕业论文的师资队伍、构建政产学研用协同育人机制,改善毕业论文的资源条件等方法可以提高毕业论文的质量,提高创新型人才培养质量,更好地为地方经济转型升级发展服务。Graduation thesis is the most important comprehensive practice teaching link in local university. The quality of undergraduate thesis is associated with the talents fostering quality in universities, the school benefit and the employer＇s satisfaction. Under the background of the development of local college＇s transformation, the quality of graduation thesis and innovative talent training could be improved to better service for the transformation and upgrading of local economic development, through the correct attitude, enhancing university-enterprise cooperation, building government-industry-university-institute with cooperative education mechanism.
