摘　　要：新时代对人才要求的多元化,促进工程教育逐渐向综合性和实践性转变,传统的目标层次混乱、课程体系层次单一以及教学方法的单调性,影响着工程教育改革,学生就业问题突出。本文在调查的基础上,探索这些问题背后的原因,思考目标定位、课程设计和教学改革的有效策略。Talent demand diversification of new era, promotes engineering education gradually to comprehensive and practical transformation, and the traditional target level is chaotic, the curriculum system level is single and the teaching method is monotonous,which affects the engineering education reform and the student employment problem is outstanding. On the basis of investigation, this paper explores the reasons of these problems, and explores the effective strategies of target orientation, curriculum design and teaching reform.
