高职学生职业核心能力培养状况调查与分析——基于对广东轻工职业技术学院学生和用人单位的调查

摘　　要：围绕院校职业核心能力培养问题,对广东轻工职业技术学院部分一年级学生、应届毕业生和用人单位进行了问卷调查。调研结果表明:三个群体均认为职业核心能力在学生就业和职业发展方面都发挥重要作用。通过该学院所构造的职业核心能力培养体系的培养,毕业生在职业核心能力各方面都得到有效的提高,并且用人单位评价较高。Centering on the cultivation of vocational core competence, a survey was conducted among first - year students, graduates of Guangdong industry polytechnic and their employers. The results showed that the three groups all believe that vocational core competence plays an important role in students’ employment and career development. Cultivated by the collegers vocational core competence system, graduates have effectively improved their vocational core competence, which received satisfaction from employers.
