摘　　要：高职院校校内生产性实训基地建设是实现高技能人才培养的重要途径。在研究了生产性实训内涵的基础上,分析了高职院校建设生产性实训基地的必要性和建设现状,从优选企业推动校企合作、基于工作任务开发实训项目、按照准真实工作过程实施教学、建立健全各种规章制度等方面对校内生产性实训基地的建设提出了建议,旨在为高职院校和企业合作建设生产性实训基地提供借鉴。The construction of productive practice base in higher vocational colleges is an important method to achieve the goal of training high - skilled talents. Based on studying the productive practice contents, this paper analyzes the necessity and current situations of the construction of productive practice base, and proposes the construction from promoting college - enterprise cooperation by choosing target enterprises, developing training projects based on tasks, implementing teaching according to actual working process and establishing various rules and regulations, in order to provide reference for higher vocational colleges and enterprises to build productive training base.
