高职院校开展社会职业培训模式的探索与实践——以广东轻工职业技术学院轻化工程系为例

摘　　要：高职院校开展社会职业培训,是高职院校服务社会的重要职能,也是高职院校提升自我的重要途径。为了更好开展社会职业培训,高职院校必须扬长避短,改革职业培训模式,利用自身的资源优势承接政府的培训业务,开办校企合作培训班,与社会培训公司联合办学,开拓远程与实操结合的培训模式等。Higher vocational colleges carry out social vocational training is important function for higher vocational colleges to serve society, also an important way to enhance themselves. In order to better carry out social vocational training, higher vocational colleges must avoid weaknesses, reform vocational training mode, undertake government training business by using their own resources, carry out school - enterprise cooperation training courses, and combine school with social training company, develop training model that combined remote with practical operation.
