“三强训练法”提高中医院校研究生医学英语词汇量的研究

摘　　要：目的研究运用"三强训练法"提高中医研究生医学英语水平。方法第一学期强化医学英语词汇,熟练掌握一万医学单词,掌握医学英语词根、前缀、后缀。第二学期大量阅读国外文献、原著,训练运用英语获取信息的能力。第三学期在临床实习时使用英语查房、交班,掌握临床英语的运用,显著提高研究生科研、临床水平。结果试验组研究生医学英语两组掌握词汇量比较,试验组掌握词汇量平均6200个,明显多于照组的1100个,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "三强训练法"能够显著提高中医研究生医学英语的词汇量。Objective To research the ＂three training methods＂ in improving the medical English vocabulary of the postgraduates in the college of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The medical English vocabulary was reinforced in the first semester thus making students have a good master of 10000 medical words and root,prefix and suffix of medical English,in the second semester,the students were made to read a large number of foreign literatures and originals,and the ability of obtaining information by applying English was trained,in the third semester,the English round and shift were used in the clinical practice,and the application of clinical English was mastered thus obviously improving the scientific research and clinical levels of postgraduates.Results The average vocabulary of the experimental group was 6200,and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group.which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Three training methods＂ can obviously improve the medical English vocabulary of the postgraduates in the college of traditional Chinese medicine.
