语篇衔接理论视角下的英语阅读教学

摘　　要：良好的衔接能够确保文章上下句保持整体完整性,借助于语篇衔接理论来指导大学英语阅读教学工作不但可以有效提升学生的英语阅读理解水平,同时还可促使学生更加准确的掌握阅读理解的核心内涵,并使得学生的外语应用及思维发散能力得以显著提升。文章在语篇衔接理论及其具体的类型划分基础上,重点就语篇衔接与提升学生阅读能力间的相关性展开具体的分析与探讨,以期能够为有关高校的英语阅读教学工作提供一些可供参考的内容,最终促进大学生英语阅读能力的有效提升。Effective cohesion contributes to the integrity of context. The discourse cohesion theory is helpful to guide college English reading teaching, effectively improve students’ English reading ability to accurately grasp the main idea, and significantly improve the students’ foreign language application and divergent thinking ability. Based on the discourse cohesion theory and its specific classification, this paper analyzes and discusses the correlation between discourse cohesion and students’ reading ability improvement to provide reference for college English reading teaching and effectively improve college students’ English reading ability.
