摘  要:用热水法从茶籽饼粕中提取茶皂素,并将其添加到椰子油、茶籽油、棕榈油为原料的天然皂基中,辅以金属螯合剂EDTA–2Na、甘油、香料、去离子水等辅助剂,加热搅拌,入模,冷却后压制成肥皂。研究了原料粒度、液固比、时间、温度对茶皂素提取工艺的影响,利用正交试验优化得出最佳提取工艺,初步设计了茶皂素肥皂配方。结果表明,热水浸提的最佳工艺参数:浸提温度为85℃、浸提时间为3.5 h、液固比为8∶1(mL/g)、茶籽饼粕粒度80~100目,在试验条件下,制备的茶皂素肥皂去污性能较好、泡沫丰富、皂质坚硬,具有良好的应用前景。Camellia saponin was extracted by hot-water extraction with oil-camellia seed meal as raw material. Camellia saponin was added to natural soap base, which was saponified by the mixture of coconut oil, camellia oil and palm oil with sodium hydroxide, supplemented by EDTA-2Na glycerol, spice, deionized water and other auxiliary agent. All the ingredients were stirred and heated, then were put in the mold immediately. After cooling, the soap was pressed into shape. Effects of four factors on the tea saponin yield of camellia seed cake extraction were investigated which were soaking temperature, soaking time, ratio of liquid to solid and particle size of tea seed meal. The optimal extraction process conditions were obtained by orthogonal test. Meanwhile, the tea saponin soap formula was designed preliminarily. The results proved that the optimum technological conditions were as follows: soaking temperature was 85℃, the soaking time was 3.5 hours, ratio of liquid to solid was 8 : 1 ( mL/g ) and ground particle size was 80 meshes. Under the experimental conditions, camellia saponin soap had the characters with favorable decontamination effect, rich foam and hard soap base, which was good application prospect.
