国家档案馆在线教育服务研究——以美、英、澳为例

摘　　要：本文选取美国、英国、澳大利亚国家档案馆的在线教育服务进行研究,着重对在线教育服务中的课程资源、在线课堂、教学指导与教学工具、活动和游戏等栏目进行了分析。研究发现,三个国家在线教育服务的共性体现在教育服务全免费、服务形式与内容相似、服务面向对象均为十八岁以下儿童和青少年三方面;差异体现在课程资源方面,美国更"广"、英国更"精",教育服务资源内容分类有所差异,教学侧重点不同三方面。最后,文章提出我国档案在线教育服务从中获得的启示是:增加传播方式、明确服务群体、保证费用全免、专家编研教材、提供编研条件、增加网络交互、提高资源数量质量。The article selects the national archives＇ online educational service sectors such as classroom resources, online classroom, teaching guidance and teaching tools, activities and games in USA, UK and Australia to analyze the national archives＇ online education services. The study shows that the similarities of online education services among these three countries are reflected in free of charge, similar service form and content, similar recipients. And the differences are reflected in course resources （USA is ＂wider＂, while Britain is more ＂refining＂）, resources content categories and teaching emphasis. Finally, the article proposes a revelation of archives＇ online education services in China, namely, increasing dissemination mode, clearing recipients, free of charge, compiling research materials by specialists, providing editing and studying conditions, increasing network interactions, improving resource quantity and quality.
