摘 要:研究乙醇提取银杏叶黄酮的方法,探讨浸提时间、浸提温度、固液比、乙醇浓度4个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,并进行了正交试验。结果表明:在液固比5∶1,提取时间120 min,乙醇体积分数70%,提取温度80℃时,黄酮的最高得率可达89.8%。研究了银杏叶中黄酮类物质的抗氧化活性,银杏叶的总还原力与黄酮类物质的含量呈正比关系,银杏叶中黄酮类物质具有较好的抗氧化活性。The present study was to investigate the optimal extraction process of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves using ethanol as extraction solvent. The effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, liquid to solid ratio, and the ethanol concentration on the total flavonoids yields were examined, and the orthogonal experiments were also carried out. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: liquid to solid ratio of 5:1, extraction time of 2 h, ethanol contraction of 70% and extraction temperature of 80 ℃, under which the extraction rate of flavonoids could reach to 89.8%. The results of antioxidant experiments showed that the flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba leaves had good antioxidant activity and the total reducing activity was increased in the dose manner.
