摘  要:基于校企合作的实践教学工作室制包含三个梯度、四个层级、六个子功能工作室,是一种架构更加合理、企业参与度更高、集延续性、独立性、交叉性和协同性于一体的创新型教学模式。重视生产和教学目标的实现,拓展合作办学途径;与行业接轨,加快双师队伍建设;平衡教学规律和项目规律的冲突;强化子工作室的功能性和协同性是工作室制运行的保障。Based on the corporation of enterprises and universities,the practical teaching workshop should have three systems,four layers,and six sub-functions.It′s a a new innovative teaching model in which the constructions is more reasonable,the participation of the enterprise is higher.And this is a combination of spreadness,independence,inter-crossness and concertedness.This model emphasizes the realization of the objectives of the teaching and producing in the process of increasing the ways of corporation education;it reforms the teaching approaches,while building the interactive teaching platform;it fits for the requirement of the industry and enhances the teachers′qualifications;it balances the conflicts of the teaching laws and the projects guides;it detailed the types of the projects and emphasizes the subworkshop′s functions and the concertedness.
