摘  要:民间教学变革是指教育的实践群体或个体基于教育经验所形成的教育信念、教育理解和缄默知识自发地、智慧地对教学进行改造和创新。民间教学变革作为一种基于实践场域自发的教学革新行动,要想探寻其运行的内在机理,发现变革的发生原理,就需要分析"本土概念"的特性,勾勒民间教学变革的图景,倡导私人叙事,让经验形态的本土概念彰显理性的色彩,最后,通过共相解释,让个体的经验转变为共识的教育理论。Folk teaching reform refers that educational practical groups or individual reform teaching and innovation spontaneously and intelligently, based on their education belief, education understanding and tacit knowledge which is formed by their education experiences. Folk teaching reform is a kind of teaching innovation based on the practice field of spontaneous action. If we want to explore its inner running mechanism and generating principle of discovering change, we need to analyze the characteristics of the concept of "local", draw the outline of the folk teaching reform, promote private narrative, and make local concept reveal rational color. In the end, through the interpretation, it will transform individual experience into the consensus of education theory.
