摘　　要：联合招生招工是现代学徒制人才培养的重要一环,也是现代学徒制人才培养的重要特点。文章分析高等职业教育招生模式对现代学徒制招生招工的影响,并结合高等职业教育招生改革探索现代学徒制人才培养模式下联合招生招工的有效方法和途径。School-enterprise joint enrollment and employment is an important part and characteristics of mod-ern apprenticeships in the process of training employees.
