摘  要:幼儿教育是基础,是学校教育制度和终身教育的奠基阶段。幼儿教师的专业素养和个体素质是幼儿教育的重要影响因素,而教师的自我评价和反思是促进教师专业发展和进步的重要有效途径之一。对幼儿教师的自我评价现状进行研究非常有必要。本研究采用问卷调查法,辅以访谈法对洛阳市部分公办园幼儿教师的自我评价现状进行调查,发现幼儿教师的自我评价现状比较乐观,幼儿教师对自我的教育教学工作满意度较高,并在此基础上提出了一些合理化的建议,希望能够促进幼儿教师的专业化发展。Preschool education is the basic stage of people’s education ,w hich serves as the foundation of school education and lifelong education .Preschool teacher’s professional and personal quality are influential factors on preschool education ,while teacher’s self‐assessment and introspection is an effective way to promote teacher’s development .Thus ,it is necessary to carry out a study on preschool teacher’s self‐assessment .With the method of questionnaire and interview ,this paper approaches the present situation of preschool teacher’s self‐assessment by a case study .The result shows that most of the teachers are optimistic in their self‐assessment ,they are satisfied with their performance in work .On this basis ,the paper proposes some suggestions to prompt preschool teachers’ professional development .
