摘 要:分析不同地域来源芸豆中矿物元素和有机成分组成特征及含量差异,探讨矿物元素和有机成分指纹组合分析技术对芸豆产地鉴别的可行性。检测来自依安、拜泉县2个主产区54份芸豆样品中31种矿物元素和3项有机成分含量,对数据进行方差分析和判别分析。研究表明,矿物元素指纹对芸豆产地交叉检验的整体正确判别率为94.1%;有机成分指纹对芸豆产地交叉检验的整体正确判别率为83.3%;矿物元素和有机成分指纹组合对芸豆产地的正确判别率显著提高,交叉检验的整体正确判别率达到100.0%。因此,矿物元素和有机成分指纹组合分析结合多元统计学是用于芸豆产地溯源的一种有效技术。The characteristics and content differences of the mineral element and organic compounds in kidney bean from different regions were analyzed to explore the feasibility of fingerprinting combination analysis technology of mineral elements and organic compounds in distinguishing the geographical origin of kidney bean. The concentrations of 31 mineral elements and 3 organic compound was determined in 54 samples from yian and baiquan counties of China, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) and discriminant analysis (DA) were applied in data analysis. Results showed that the overall correct discrimination rate of mineral elements fingerprints in kidney beans origin cross validation was 94.4% ;the overall correct discrimination rate of organic compounds fingerprints in kidney beans origin cross valida- tion was 83.3% ;The overall correct discrimination rate of fingerprints combination of mineral elements and organic compounds in kidney beans origin was significantly improved, and the overall correct discrimination rate of cross validation was 100.0%. So, It was an effective technology that determine the geographical origin of kidney bean using mineral element and organic compounds fingerprint analysis combined with multivariate statistics.
