摘 要:英国是一个多民族、多元文化社会,其流动儿童社会融入障碍与我国进城务工人员子女所面临的融入困境具有一定相似性。文化融入、心理融入和教育融入是流动儿童城市社会融入的主要维度。总结分析英国流动儿童社会融入的身份认同模糊易致群体冲突,家庭贫困限制融入方式与速度,教育福利受限阻碍学业成就均衡等影响因素。英国提出通过加强公民教育,促进流动儿童身份认同;搭建媒介俱乐部,鼓励流动儿童教育叙事研究;开展社区工作,提高移民家庭融入资本;落实政府职责,满足流动儿童多重需求等具体策略,以促进流动儿童更好地融入社会。Due to the muhi-ethnic and multi-cultural characteristics of British society, the barriers of its immigrant children's social integration are similar to the dilemmas that Chinese migrant workers' children are confronted in the process of social integration. Education integration, culture integration and psychology integration are the three main dimensions of immigrant children's social integration. To analyze and sum up, there are several influercing factors vague identity can easily lead to conflict, family poverty restricts the way and the speed of integration, limited education welfare hinders the balanced development of children's academic achievement. According to the status quo and influencing factors of immigrant children's social integration, the Britain has put forward corresponding strategies to help them integrate into society, which mainly include promoting comprehensive identity of immigrant children based on citizen education's reinforcement; encouraging the education narrative research of migrant children based on media clubs' establishment; improving immigrant families' integration capital based on the community work's development; meeting the multiple demands of immigrant children based on the government responsibilities' implementation.
