摘  要:德国双元制高等教育是把国家承认的某一职业培训与大学专业教育相结合,由企业和高校共同承担培养人才的任务,把职业培训和学历教育糅合。以霍夫应用科技大学机械制造专业为例,其在高等教育双元培养、专业设置、教学安排、招生等方面与我国高职院校现代学徒制教学改革实施有相似之处,双元制成功糅合了职业培训与学历教育,在保证毕业生质量的高淘汰机制等方面值得借鉴。The dual system of higher education is one of the vocational training mode adopted by the guild, chamber commerce in German, while the dual system of higher education successfully blends the vocational training and academic education together, combined a certain state approved vocational training with the college education and cultivated the talents jointly undertaken by the enterprises and universities. This paper found that mechanical manufacturing major in Hof University of Applied Sciences College is similar with China's modern apprenticeship teaching reform of higher vocational colleges in the aspects of its dual-system cultivation mode, specialty settings, teaching plan and implementation, and enrollment, etc. Thus, it is feasible for China's higher vocational colleges to learn German experience, like high elimination mechanism, so as to ensure the quality of graduates.
