摘　　要：为提高计算机专业人才培养质量,增强计算机学科教师教育能力,本文从吉林省普通高校计算机学科教师队伍的现状出发,提出从创新改革教育教学方法,支持教师进修深造和校企合作等方面综合提高计算机学科教师队伍的师资水平,以全省为单位建立计算机学科教师交流平台,促进教师能力整体、快速、平稳地发展。To improve the quality of computer professional personnel and enhance the education capacity of computer science teachers, starting from the present situation of computer science teachers in ordinary university of Jilin province, this paper put forward the comprehensive measures to improve the level of computer science teachers, including innovating and reforming education and teaching methods, supporting teachers to continue their studies and conduct university-enterprise cooperation, setting up computer science teachers exchange platform in the province, so as to promote the general and rapid and steady development of teachers＂ ability.
