文化传播视域下孔子学院教师的文化素养研究

摘　　要：针对孔子学院教师的文化素养提升展开分析:培养孔子学院教师的文化自觉,加强其跨文化传播意识,需要相关部门优化课程结构,增设中国文化类课程,注重孔子学院教师的文化体验和文化实践。文化传播视域下加强孔子学院教师的文化素养,对于塑造中国形象、增强中国的文化软实力以及促进经济发展具有重要意义。Effectively improving the Confucius institute teachers＇ cultural quality were ananlyzed for cultivating the Confucius institute teachers＇ cultural consciousness,strengthening their consciousness of crosscultural communication. It is also necessary to optimize curriculum structure for the related department,add Chinese culture courses,and pay more attention to cultural experience and cultural practices. As a special culture disseminator,the Confucius institute teacher has important significance in strengthening the cultural quality of research,fixing China＇s image,strengthening the cultural soft power and promoting economic development.
