民族院校软件工程专业拔尖创新人才培养模式探索与实践

摘　　要：针对民族院校自身特点和教育教学中的情况,文章分析了民族院校软件工程专业人才培养存在的问题,指出了新形势下我校软件工程专业发展定位和人才培养特色。通过讨论和实施了在优化课程体系结构、强化教学体系建设、大力开展实践教学以及加强国际合作等方面的教学改革举措,构建了其拔尖创新人才培养模式和发展思路,并给出了我校教学实践的人才培养成果。该教学模式注重学生的主动性与实践性,强化培养学生的创新能力,为民族院校软件工程专业拔尖创新人才的培养提供新思路。According to characteristics of universities for nationalities and problems in the teaching process, this paper analyzes problems in the cultivation of software engineering talents in universities for nationalities and points out its development orientation and cultivation characteristics under new situation. Through discussion and implementation of teaching reforms, including optimizing course system structure, improving the construction of teaching system,carrying out practical teaching and strengthening international cooperation, a cultivation model for top-notch innovative talents is constructed, and our talent training results are given. The proposed teaching mode emphasizes students’ participation and practice, and strengthens their innovative ability, providing new ideas for training top-notch innovative talents majored in software engineering in universities for nationalities.
