浅谈高职院校教育管理模式创新研究

摘　　要：随着教育改革的不断深入和发展,高职院校教育教学管理模式面临着严峻的挑战。为了提高高职院校教育教学管理效率,不断改革创新,优化教育管理模式,全面提高学生素质,促进学生全面发展,文章通过对当代高职院校教育模式现状及存在问题进行分析和研究,探讨相关教育模式的创新,为高职教育教学管理提供参考和借鉴。With the continuous deepening and development of education reform, teaching and management mode in higher vocational colleges is faced with severe challenges. In order to improve teaching and management efficiency of the higher vocational colleges, we need to carry out continuous reform and innovation, optimize educational management mode, and comprehensively improve the quality of students and promote students’ all-round development. The paper analyzes and studies current situation of existing problems in the education model in higher vocational colleges,discusses to carry out education model innovation, to provide reference for education and management of higher education management.
