摘 要:[目的]了解高职老年护理专业护生的核心能力现况,为更好地开展高职老年护理教育提供参考。[方法]采用修改的老年护理核心能力自评量表,对88名高职老年护理专业护生进行调查。共发放问卷88份,回收有效问卷86份,有效率为97.7%。[结果]2013级和2014级护生老年护理核心能力总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2014级评判性思维和科研能力、临床护理能力、人际关系和个人专业发展维度均分低于2013级;领导能力、法律、伦理素质和教育指导能力维度均分两个年级护生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]临床以及老年机构的实践有助于提升护生的分析能力、临床护理能力,训练他们的人际关系处理能力以及对自身的专业发展能有更深的认识。Objective:To understand the status quo of core competence of nursing students in Senior Vocational Nursing,and so as to provide references for the better development of Senior Vocational Nursing education.Methods:A total of nursing students in Senior Vocational Nursing were investigated by using elderly nursing revised checklist.A total of 88 questionnaires,88were recovered,the recovery rate was 100%,and there were 86 effective questionnaires,and the efficiency was 97.7%.Results:There was statistically significant difference in elderly nursing core competency score between 2013 grade and 2014grade(P〈0.05).The dimensions average score including critical thinking ability and research ability,clinical nursing ability,interpersonal relationship and personal professional development in 2014 grade was lower than those in 2013 grade.There was no statistically significant difference in average score of leadership,legal,ethical and educational instruction between both grades.Conclusion:Practice in clinic and the elderly institutions will help to enhance the analysis ability of nursing students,clinical nursing ability,train their interpersonal skills,as well as deeper understanding their professional development.
