摘 要:研究目的:弹条Ⅱ型扣件的主要部件在其服役过程中会出现道钉锈蚀、胶垫压溃、绝缘性能降低等现象。为保证扣件系统的使用寿命,本文分析扣件系统典型病害发生的原因,并在总结新材料应用研究的基础上,提出弹条Ⅱ型扣件系统综合性能的提升措施,并通过现场试铺应用验证弹条Ⅱ型扣件系统综合性能的提升措施。研究结论:(1)弹条Ⅱ型扣件的典型病害在很大程度上是由其材料性能劣化导致的;(2)采用合金材料可提高道钉的防腐性能;(3)采用聚氨酯弹性体材料可提高轨下垫板的抗压溃性;(4)采用纤维增强树脂复合材料可提升扣件系统的整体绝缘性;(5)采用新材料的弹条Ⅱ型扣件部件具有较高的使用寿命,能减少扣件系统的养护维修工作量;(6)本研究结论可为弹条Ⅱ型扣件系统的综合性能提升提供参考。Research purposes: There are typical diseases in the major parts of type II elastic fastening system on the service process, such as spike rust, crushing of rail pad and low insulation performance. In order to ensure the service life of fastener system, reasons for typical diseases were discussed, and comprehensive property promotion measures of type II elastic fastening system were put forward on the basis of the application research of new materials, and were verified in field test. Research conclusions:( 1 ) Typical diseases of type II elastic fastening system were largely caused by the material performance degradation. (2) The alloy material could improve the antiseptic property of spike. (3) The polyurethane elastomer material could improve the crush resistance of rail pad. (4) The fiber reinforced resin composite material could improve the whole insulation performance of fastener system. (5) The components of type II elastic fastening using new materials have high service life and less maintenance workload. (6) The research conclusion can provide a reference for comprehensive property promotion of type II elastic fastening system.
