摘  要:21世纪对教育而言挑战与机遇并存。智慧教育、网络学习空间这些代表时代进步的理念与技术引领着教育的发展。当前大学课堂教学还停留在知识与技能的培养层面,学生掌握知识有余,创新能力不足。为了探讨如何基于智慧教学理念开展课堂教学,进而达到培养智慧型人才目的。该文以网络学习空间在大学中的应用为研究起点,基于文献整理与分析,梳理了网络空间的类型,界定了智慧型人才与智慧教学的内涵。从教学实践出发,整理与反思多年经验所得,分析了智慧教学的相关要素设计,阐明了智慧教学在实际课堂实施的操作安排。指出大学教学必须以培养智慧型人才为宗旨,内容组织要实现由知识向智慧的转变,教学组织形式兼顾多元化,以自主学习作为智慧教学的起点,结合问题解决与项目创新,灵活安排教学活动,从而达到高质量人才培养的目的。In the 21 st Century challenges and opportunities co-exist in the field of education.The intelligent talent and network learning space,the concept and technology of representing the times progress,lead the development of education.Unfortunately the current college classroom teaching still remains at the level of knowledge and skills training,where students can master knowledge but lack innovation ability.The paper wants to study how to carry out the classroom teaching based on the theory of wisdom teaching and then achieve the purpose of training talents.With the application research of network learning space in universities,the paper summarizes the type of the network space and defines the meaning of smart talent and wisdom teaching based on literature review and analysis.From the teaching practice and experience of many years,the paper analyzes the design of the relevant elements of the wisdom teaching,and expounds the operation arrangement of wisdom teaching in the actual classroom.As conclusion university teaching should aim at cultivating intelligent talents,content organization should realize the transformation from knowledge to wisdom,and teaching organization should take into account the diversity,Self-learning is the starting point of wisdom teaching,and should integrate problem solving and project innovation and flexibly arrange teaching order to realize the target of high quality personnel training.
