加强档案学硕士研究生教育的几点思考——以湘潭大学为例

摘　　要：经过30多年的发展,我国档案学硕士研究生教育取得了令人瞩目的成就,但在生源、师资队伍、课程体系等方面还面临着一些困境。文章结合湘潭大学档案学硕士研究生教育实际,指出档案学硕士研究生教育需要改革创新,从加强宣传、师资队伍建设、创新课程体系、借鉴国外经验等方面着手,进一步提升教育教学水平,增强人才培养质量。After 30 years of development, archives postgraduate education in our country has got a re- markable achievement, but in some aspects such as student source, teaching staff, curriculum system also faced some dilemma. Combining with the actual situation of the Archives Postgraduate Education in Xiang- tan University, the paper points out that archives graduate student education needs reform and innovation, from strengthening the publicity and teachers troop construction, innovating curriculum system, and taking example by foreign experience, to further enhance the level of teaching and the quality of personnel train- ing.
