高职院校教师面向工作绩效发展教育教学能力的研究

摘　　要：高职院校教师的工作绩效,与教师职业教育教学能力发展密不可分。文章以高职教师职业教育教学能力中的"教学"为发力点,分析了高职院校教师工作绩效的指标构成,阐述了如何面向工作绩效、针对工作绩效的指标来促进教师职业教育教学能力得以发展的培养途径。Job performance of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges, with the current development of teachers＆#39; vocational education and teaching ability are inseparable. In this paper, the ＆quot;teaching＆quot; in the vocational education teaching ability of Higher Vocational College Teachers, from how to broaden their horizons, broaden their thinking, combined with their own situation, jump out of the simple ground, Germany, performance, energy assessment, to establish a more effective mechanism of performance appraisal, the composition of teachers＆#39; job performance in higher vocational colleges is analyzed, this paper expounds how to promote the development of teaching ability of teachers＆#39; vocational education, and how to promote the teaching ability of teachers＆#39; vocational education.
