摘 要:中小学数学骨干教师"三位一体"("三位"指高师院校、市县培训机构、中小学教师工作室,"一体"指骨干教师)培训模式是一种创新模式,在省级中小学骨干教师培训中发挥了重要作用."三位一体"培训模式具有针对性、实效性强,充分体现理论与实践相结合,为骨干教师搭建了专业发展的平台等特点,其中省教师工作室发挥重要作用,培训实现了专家引领,课题引路,提升骨干教师科研水平的目标.The " three in one"( " three" refers to the higher normal colleges and universities, the training institutions of cities and counties, teachers' studio," one" refers to the backbone Teachers) training model is an innovative model, which has played an important role in the training of the backbone teachers in the provincial primary and secondary schools. The " three-in-one" training model has strong pertinence and effectiveness, fully embodies the combination of theory and practice, builds a platform for the professional development of backbone teachers. The provincial teacher studio has played a major role in the training. The Training goal is achieved by experts leading, project guiding, improving the level of scientific research of backbone teachers.
