综合教学法在眼科临床见习中的探索与实践

摘　　要：临床见习有助于培养学生理论联系实际、分析和解决临床问题的能力,是医学生向临床医生角色转变的重要枢纽和桥梁。本文分析和探讨了多种教学方法的特点,将其有机融合为综合教学模式,在眼科学临床见习中进行灵活实践,从而有效激发学生的学习热情和兴趣,增进积极思考和主动参与的意识,取得了良好的见习教学效果。Medical clerkship training is helpful to develop the ability of students, which enables them to combine theorywith practice, to analyze and solve medical problems. This procedure is the critical bridge and junction for medical studentsto become qualified doctors. In this study, the characters of several teaching methods were analyzed and discussed. Weflexibly combined these methods into the comprehensive teaching and actively applied it to ophthalmic clerkship training.This practice effectively intrigued the interests and passion of students. Their abilities of active thinking and participationwere also promoted. The comprehensive teaching has been proved to be favorable and effective.
