摘 要:培育新型职业农民旨在解决今后农村土地"由谁种、怎么种、为谁种"的根本问题,是一项较为复杂的系统工程,直接关系到"三农"发展大计,也是高职院校的一项基础性、长期性工作任务。就肩负新型职业农民培育任务的高职院校而言,须直面新型职业农民的时代内涵、现状及其困境,实时创新策略,保质保量地做好新型职业农民的培育工作。因地制宜,合理选择培训内容和形式;严格管理,建立培训监管督导机制;创新培训模式,全面提升新型职业农民综合素养;聚合社会力量,建立开放的合作机制;注重实训环节,强化过程管理。Cultivating the new professional farmers is a way to solve the fundamental problem of planting the rural land "by who, how, for whom", which is a complicated system project directly related to the "three rural" development plan, as well as a basic, long-term task in higher vocational colleges. For the higher vocational colleges shouldering new profession farmers cultivating task, they must confront professional farmers connotation, current situation and difficulties in the new era, to do a good job in the cultivation of new professional farmers with the latest strategy innovation and guaranteeing both quality and quantity. We should adjust measures to local conditions by selecting reasonable training content and form; strict the teaching management by establishing training supervision mechanism ; enhance the comprehensive literacy of the new professional farmers by innovating training model; integrate the social forces by establishing open and cooperative mechanism; strengthen the process management by focusing on practical aspects.
