摘 要:无论就教育现实还是就教育理论而言,都有必要追问"谁是教师"的问题。朝向永恒之善的好人是教师,因为学生灵魂的向善本性决定了教师必须是一个朝向永恒之善的好人。引导学生灵魂向善的导引者是教师,因为学生灵魂所渴望的善不是外在的,而是自然的、内在的,这使得教师只能引导而不能灌输。教师是一个与学生有着决定性差异的优秀之人,因为在教师的开端处,拥有超验意识的教师是自我教育者,是不是学生的教师,学生需要向他求教。The inquiry into the question of "Who is Teacher" is of necessity from both educational reality and education theory. To be a teacher is to be a good man who orientates himself/herself toward eternal goodness, and this is determined by the souls of students which chase after goodness out of nature. Since the goodness desired by the souls of students is endowed and inward, rather than from the outside, a teacher whose mission is to guide the souls toward goodness should never inculcate. A teacher is someone superior who is radically different from students, for a teacher with super - experience, in his/her original position, educates himself/herself rather than students, and students need to resort to his/her education.
