摘　　要：结合金工实习的自身特点、针对传统金工实习教学过程中存在的问题,对金工实习的教学改革进行了研究,提出了一种借鉴CDIO工程教学理念金工实习教学改革方法。采用团队任务模式,培养学生的综合技能;职场角色模拟以及新的校企合作模式解决了培养模式单一及高校实践环节薄弱的问题,可有效培养学生的综合工程素质。本教学改革方法的实施,将对金工实习教学的发展与提高有一定的促进作用。Combined with the characteristics of metalworking practice,aiming at the problems existing in the traditional metalworking practice teaching process,studied the metalworking practice teaching reform and proposes a metalworking practice teaching reform methods referencing CDIO engineering teaching method. Adopt the team task mode,cultivate students＇ comprehensive skills. Workplace role simulation and new university-enterprise cooperation mode has solved the problem of single training model and the colleges and universities＇ disadvantages of internship and practical training,which can effectively cultivate students＇ comprehensive engineering quality.The implementation of this teaching reform will promote the development of metalworking practice teaching.
