摘 要:目的:了解农村幼儿园女教师工作家庭平衡现状及其与工作满意度的关系。方法:选取农村幼儿园女教师187名,采用工作-家庭平衡问卷(WFBQ)和工作满意度问卷(TJSI)进行施测。结果:WFBQ各维度得分由高到低依次为资源共享、家庭平衡、工作平衡;不同婚姻状况、幼儿园性质、个人月收入的幼儿女教师WFBQ得分差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。WFBQ的3个因子得分与TJSI总分及各维度得分呈正相关(r=0.16~0.61,均P〈0.05);幼儿园性质、月收入、工作平衡、资源共享、工作-家庭平衡对TJSI总分及各维度得分有正向预测作用(β=0.17~0.52)。结论:农村幼儿园女教师工作-家庭平衡对工作满意度有积极作用。Objective: To investigate the present situation of work-family balance and the relation of work- family balance to job satisfaction in rural female kindergarten teachers. Methods: Totally 187 rural female kindergarten teachers were assessed with the Work-family Balance Questionnaire (WFBQ) and Teacher's Job Satisfaction Inventory (TJSI). Results: The WFBQ scores from highet to lower were resource sharing, family balance and work balance. There were no significant difference on WFBQ scores among different kindergarten teachers with different marital status, type of the kindergarten and personal monthly income (Ps 〉 0. 05). The WFBQ scores were positive- ly correlated with TJSI scores (r = 0. 16 -0. 61, Ps 〈 0. 05). The type of the kindergarten, monthly income, work balance, resource sharing and work-family balance had positive prediction effect on job satisfaction and it's factors (β = 0. 17 -0. 52). Conclusion: Work-family balance may have positive effect on job satisfaction in rural female kindergarten teachers.
