摘 要:新疆盐碱地多,地下水硬度在1000mg/L以上,不能满足生产和生活用水要求。本文以低附加值甜菜粕为吸附剂,通过静态吸附实验探讨了处理温度和时间、pH、甜菜粕粒径和用量以及钙浓度等因素对甜菜粕吸附Ca^(2+)的影响,并设计响应面试验研究了温度、pH和甜菜粕用量等因素的交互作用对其Ca^(2+)吸附效果的影响。结果表明:甜菜粕粒径越小越有利于其对钙的吸附;温度、pH和甜菜粕用量中任意2个因素存在交互作用影响甜菜粕的钙吸附并存在收敛的最佳工艺点;当温度为22.0℃,甜菜粕用量为5.92和pH 8.0时,可使200m L水中Ca^(2+)从1027mg/L降至373mg/L(以CaCO_3计),低于国家生活用水GB 5749-2006的硬度要求(以CaCO_3计总硬度≤450mg/L),反应2h即可达到平衡。研究可为甜菜粕的减少干燥耗能和资源利用提供思路和方法参考。Much land in Xinjiang is salinated. The hardness of groundwater is greater than 1000mg/L, above the requirement of production water and living water. Sugar beet pulp was used as a low-cost adsorbent of metal ions , and static tests were conducted to research the effect of some factors, like operating temperature, processing time, pH, particle size and dosage of SBP, Ca2+ concentration etc, on the adsorption of Ca2+ in hard water. In addition, the effect of the interaction between temperature, pH and dosage of SBP on the adsorption of Ca2+ was researched using a response surface test. Results showed that the smaller the particle size of SBP was, the adsorption rate and adsorption capacity was higher. There was interaction between any two factors among temperature , pH and dosage of SBP, which affected the adsorption of Ca2+ and got the convergence of the optimum process point. The adsorp-tion capacity was highest when operating temperature was 22.0℃, the dosage of SBP was 5.92g, and solution pH was 8.0. The Ca2+ content of 1027mg/L can be reduced to 373mg/L in 200mL solution, lower than the national standards for GB 5749-2006(Total hardness is less than or equal to 450mg CaCO3/L), and the reaction reached e-quilibrium after 1h. The study provided an idea and reference method for the resourceful utilization and decreasing dry energy consuming of SBP.
